A Barden Ridge Family Session
Supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
Earlier this year, I had the opportunity to give back in a small but meaningful way. I donated two portrait sessions to the Newcastle Race Day fundraiser. An annual event that raises much needed funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The event took place at the Newcastle Raceway and brought the community together in such a beautiful way. This year they raised an incredible $71,183.87!
One of the lucky families who won the silent auction was the Tong family. It was a joy it was to photograph them!
We met up for their family photography session in Barden Ridge. From the moment we began, there was an ease and warmth that made the whole experience feel natural and fun. The Tong family were an absolute dream. Relaxed, full of love and just happy to be spending time together. It’s always a pleasure to capture these kinds of moments: the everyday magic that happens between family members when they’re simply being themselves.
I feel so grateful to have played a small part in supporting this cause. It’s always inspiring to see communities come together for something greater.
