Before Photo Day
Choose a photo package for your child and select your preferred day of your choice.

NOTE: Photo packages must be paid prior to photo day. Non-payment will regretfully result with your child NOT being photographed. If you submit your order during photo week, your preferred day may no longer be available. We will work in to try and fit your child in, but you may have to wait until the following week’s make-up day.

Class Photo
Classrooms from 0-2 will receive a composite class photo. This is a photo tiled template showcasing the best image of each child if we are unable to obtain a suitable group photograph on the day.
Classrooms with ages 3-4 will have a class group photo taken.
Each class may be photographed each day Monday to Friday. Please make sure your child is well presented on each day they attend the center, as class photographs will continue for those who attend on different dates. Class photographs will consist only of those children whom parents have purchased packages.
Class photos will be displayed in your personal image gallery for you to choose your preference.
2025 Class photos are printed as 6″x9″
After Photo Day
An image gallery will be emailed to you within four days.
From here, you get to view all your images and select which photographs to be printed, as per your chosen package.
Additional images can of course be ordered through your image gallery.
Payment
Ordering and payments can be made by credit card, paypal or direct deposit by ordering through the website.
When do I get to view the photos?
Your child’s images will be ready to view on-line within four working days.
Parents will receive an EMAIL for instructions on how to access gallery and select their favourite images. (Please check your junk/spam folders).
Submit your choice within 10 days to receive complimentary delivery to your childcare centre. You may also order additional images from the gallery if you desire.
How long is delivery? Approx 3 weeks to the childcare centre after the ordering selection period has ended.
If purchasing the Digital collection: Digital files are delivered via email for you to directly download once you have selected them from your image gallery. CHECK YOUR EMAILS.
NOTE: Late print orders (After day 10) will be posted to your home with a $15 postal fee.
