Before Photo Day

Package Options:

  • Basic Print Package = $40

Includes individual photo (1x 6×8″ + 1 Team Photo) – NOTE: One pose only on blue background as pictured on the LHS

  • Print Package = $45

Includes Individual photo (1x 6″x8 & 2x 6″x4″ / or 2x 6″x8) + Group Photo 8″x12″ – NOTE: 4 Poses to choose from plus optional digital background choices

  • Print & Digital Package = $55

Includes Individual photo (1x 6″x8 & 2x 6″x4″ / or 2×6″x8″) + Group Photo 8″x12″ + 1 High resolution digital file. NOTE: 4 Poses to choose from plus optional digital background choices.

  • Team Photo only = $30

NOTE: Photo packages are to be booked and paid prior to photo day.

Ordering cut off is Monday 4th May midnight.

It’s photo day!

  • Please arrive 10 mins earlier than your teams allocated photo time and gather with your team mates.
  • Have your child arrive dressed ready for their photographs.

After photo day!

  • An image gallery will be emailed to you within 7 days. You will have 7 days to place your order.

    From here you get to choose your images and backdrops

    If you have chosen the Print & Digital option, you can download your digital file from this image gallery.

    If you have chosen the basic coverage (one image), there is no need to select your photo. You will receive the best photo chosen by the photographer. – No image gallery viewing.

  • Your printed images will be handed to the club for distribution 3 weeks after the ordering selection period has ended.

Team Photo

Team photos will be printed as 8″x12″

Purchase as part of a package or separately for $30

When do I get to view the photos?

Your child’s images will be ready to view on-line within seven working days.

Families will receive an EMAIL for instructions on how to access gallery and select their favourite images. (Please check your junk/spam folders).

Submit your choice within 7 days to receive complimentary delivery to your club. You may also order additional images from the gallery if you desire.

If purchasing the Print & Digital package: Digital files are delivered via email for you to directly download once you have selected them from your image gallery. CHECK YOUR EMAILS.
NOTE: If you have not chosen your preferred photos within the ordering selection period, Your child’s images will be chosen by the photographer, to not hold up everyone else’s orders.

 

Payment

Ordering and payments can be made by credit card or direct deposit by ordering through the website.
