Sunrise at Zenith beach, Port Stephens is where it was at for Sam and Matthew’s Maternity session.
We arrived at dark and as the sun slowly rose over the ocean in Port Stephens, we photographed Sam and Matthew in a slightly posed, and natural style.
Summer is the perfect time for sunrise sessions! It’s not too cold to wake up to and also day light savings is the big winner here!
Sam and Matthew walked along the beach, played in amongst the rocks and stepped through the warm ocean waters.
Yes early mornings are hard to wake up, But i’m telling you, mornings like these are just so, so, so worth it! Plus there is hardly anyone else on the beach at this time of morning, so we aren’t having to worry about too many other people in the back ground or foot steps already made in the sand.
Matthew’s uncle Dave (a good friend of mine), gifted to them this photo session. Thank you Dave for allowing me the opportunity to photograph these two. I had such a wonderful time and love so many of their photographs.
