It all began, on a holiday trip to Disneyland. In Cinderella’s room at the glass slipper, Blake knelt down on one knee and asked for Celine’s hand.

I have known Blake and Celine for many years, as Blake is the son of Wendy from Salamander Village Florist, for which I worked, for a few years. I felt very privileged when asked to photograph their day.

Here is a little preview, parts taken from their full one hour documentary video. I couldn’t cram it any shorter. It was just a beautiful wedding.

Celine and Blake presented to each other, prior to the ceremony “wedding gifts”. A special little something from each of them to show their love and devotions. Many photo gifts were shared along with Jewellery gifts.

Celine and Blake’s dog Max also held a special part of the ceremony, along with Blake’s closest friends as groomsmen.

Celine says “We were so young when we met and fell in love, but that love only grew deeper over time, I keep thinking how lucky I am to have found my life partner, my best friend and sole mate so early in life”.

Blake says “I love everything about Celine, and us and the way our personalities and ambitions, hobbies, likes, dislikes and goals in life seamlessly a-line. I can’t imagine where I would be without her and I am so glad that we agreed upon life together from the start”.

Darling Celine was prepared for the wet rainforest as she got around in her gum boots. This girls’ got her thinking hat on!

These two, together since high school are looking forward to moving into their new home in Medowie and filling it with tiny patters of feet and paws.
